Thyolo-Goliati MP has praised a Strategic Planning Meeting with the Parliamentary Women's Caucus that it has helped identify ways to collaborate and advance women's issues in Parliament, from gender-responsive budgeting to women's economic empowerment.

Honorable Maureen Namwalia member of the Parliamentary Women's Caucus, attended the strategic planning meeting, which allowed the Caucus to engage with key stakeholders on collaboration and advancing women's issues. Hon. Namwali described the meeting as an opportunity to map out how to jointly enhance girls' education, address gender-based violence, and strengthen humanitarian efforts. The meeting also enabled the Caucus to share priorities and capacity needs, identifying key areas of collaboration for the 2025-2030 parliamentary term.
